- Backup & Recovery Support - We are able to recover your data without any extra cost through our remote online backup solution.*
- IT Liaison - ITXpress hold all data required to build relationships with your suppliers and speak on your behalf to quickly resolve issues efficiently with as little input from you as possible.
- Optional Weekend and Public Holiday Support - ITXpress offer out-of-hours support by providing a PIN to gain access to our oncall engineers outside of normal business hours.
ITX Remote IT Support
If you're just looking for someone to call or email when things aren't going your way, then ITX Remote IT Support is ideal for you, and your staff. We provide you with the perfect service desk environment, and record all nessesary details to support and maintain your PC's so they are ready and productive. This package includes support via email, telephone and our bespoke online ticking system. We also provide Instant Remote Assist through our Logmein for every PC we cover. Support is available from Monday-Friday 9:00 to 17:30 (ex public holidays).
ITX Complete IT Support
If you want to ring fence your IT expenses, and avoid extra costs for onsite IT support, ITX Complete IT Support is the choice for you. Sometimes we are unable to fix problems remotely, for example a hard drive failure or OS failure that requires a more detailed resolution. This package includes unlimited support onsite, via email, telephone and our bespoke online ticking system. We also provide Instant Remote Assist through our Logmein for every PC we cover. Support is available from Monday-Friday 9:00 to 17:30 (ex public holidays).
ITX Remote Server Support
For a package that offers the peace of mind you need to arrive at work with a server that is secure, up to date and backed up, server support is essential. ITX Remote Server Support enables ITXpress the access to support your company when server side configuration is required. All support labour is covered via remote access and includes operations such as configuring new users, folder access and permissions, email/exchange server configuration, other server side software support, VPN and remote access support and much more. ITX Remote Server Support is available from Monday-Friday 9:00 to 17:30 (ex public holidays).
ITX Complete Server Support
For no hidden extra costs, inclusive of onsite labour and a whopping 100GB of free online backup storage for databases, emails and everything else, ITX Complete Server Support is the way forward. Complete support means that ITXpress are able to attend site without notice within our SLA to resolve problems that require an onsite engineer. This includes all break/fix labour involving the replacement of hardware or software, or simply when internet connectivity is down and we are not able to resolve a problem remotely. ITX Complete Server Support is availble Monday-Friday 9:00 to 17:30 (ex public holidays).
